2. Services
Linix Accountants provides taxation, accounting, bookkeeping, business advisory, and SMSF administration services. The specific scope of services will be outlined in a separate engagement letter provided to each client prior to commencement.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required to perform our services
- Notify us promptly of any changes to your financial circumstances
- Review and approve all documents before lodgement with the ATO or other authorities
- Retain copies of all documents provided to us
We are not liable for errors arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.
4. Fees and Payment
- Fees are agreed upon prior to commencement of work and outlined in your engagement letter
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed
- We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at 10% per annum
- We reserve the right to withhold work or documents until outstanding fees are paid
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except where required by law, with your written consent, or where necessary to perform our services (e.g. lodging returns with the ATO).
6. Privacy

7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Liability limited by a scheme approved under Professional Standards Legislation. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from our services.
